On the 14th the Brigade moved up to Bois Halbout, with 3rd/4th CLY passing through 71st Infantry Brigade to the high ground beyond, while 'D' Squadron of The Royals found a way through the thick woods to Bonnoeil, which was occupied by 2nd KRRC with a squadron of 44th RTR by last light.
