Rare photos of Frank Atkinson (RCAF 415 Squadron) Lancaster QB-H

Frank Atkinson (RCAF 415 Squadron 1944-45)

Going through my father's WWII squadron photos for archiving and there are photos of Lancaster QB-H which I notice mentioned on your website.

The photos were probably taken at Eastmoor Yorkshire in 1944 or early 1945, which was a base for 415 and 432 Sqdns RCAF. Not sure what a Lancaster from 424 Squdn would have been doing there bombing up, but it was unusual enough an occurrence for my father to take some snaps.
