Alt Name: Southfields. Opened: 1916. Status in 1944: RAF. 12 Grp. Night Fighter Fwd A/F. Current use: Prison. Remarks: Closed 1972. Admin and domestic sites now covered by prison, runways dug up to become an open cast coal site.
